There is a noticeable lack of support or recognition for hard work, and constructive feedback is rare. Additionally, their management style can be micromanaging, which creates a stressful and unproductive work environment. Unfortunately, I do not feel valued or respected under this leadership, and it has been a frustrating experience overall.
