      Pros

      Employees, Safety and Customer focus. Senior leadership demonstrably committed to employees and customers. No hesitation to jump into the fire for employees and clients alike.

      Cons

      Employee benefits are still evolving. Need to build a business model where hourly paid employees have defined time off. The company is very flexible, but the lack of a formal process/policy gives rise to uncertainty, limiting acquisition of new talent.
