Pros

Employee discount. Good selection of products. Store manager benefits were really nice.

Cons

No support from upper management. When dealing with an issue at the store, if I turned to my superiors for help or advice, I was told to deal with it myself. However, when I did deal with an issue myself, I was scolded for not going to them first. Selling culture is completely outdated. We were trained on how to get customers to buy more than they came in for, instead of listening to the customer's needs or wants. One of my superiors wanted me to downgrade customers, believing this was a way to push people to buy more. Absolutely no product knowledge training.
