Pros

I worked alone so if I stayed attentive to the store's needs and the customers, I could do what I wanted. They give commissions on certain products. If your good at selling you can make a lot.

Cons

Crazy dysfunction in the management. They seemed to have this theme of wanting to have young fit men to manage their stores. I am not a young fit male so despite the fact that I could walk circles around the management in store care, customer care and up selling, they never offered me a store. Often, I would be called or texted by management or another employee during my off work time to assist with an issue. Also received texts in the middle of the night! (and I was a part time employee!) During my employment, two of the managers I worked under were fired along with the area manager.

Pros

High earning potential, room for rapid growth, education on products for personal use, employee discounts and sampling

Cons

Under-trained employees can lead to dishonest employees, skeleton staffed at all times, performance quotas detract from actual customer service
