To earn a paycheck, you have to be dishonest to make sales. You make 7.25 an hour but the only way to make it work is knowing products you got to sale to make your paycheck through commission. It’s a very messed up system. Long hours that most of time, has no traction. Constantly being fussed at by higher ups on why you’re not making impossible numbers they set for your store. Outdated computer system that needs to be chucked. If you aren’t selling pros- you are considered scum.

Commission amounts on products change every month. Go down basically every year. Upper management is constantly changing and so does the direction of the company, going back to old ways that drove customers away. Not flexible with schedules at all unless you have a dream team of sales associates that can work anytime
