Pros

If you're lucky you'll have some cool coworkers

Cons

Selling products with questionable science, replacing hundreds or thousands of price tags per month, aggressive sales culture makes you push dumb products on people who don't know better; also their training is brainwashing and factually incorrect

Pros

Sales bonuses, good amount of freedom

Cons

Often working in store completely alone. Franchise does not hire enough people, puts 35-40 hours of work per week on full-time high school students
