If you learn what products make good commission and recommend them to customers and they purchase them, you can expect your hourly pay to easily rise $3-$4 dollars above what it is.

Cons

Offered me a full-time manager position within 3 weeks of working there, would have taken it if corporate management didn't push Pro Access sales and Auto Deliver and Save so much. (add on services that no one needs)
