Pros

•Good opportunity to make extra money aside from hourly

Cons

•Unrealistic sales goals •Upper management likes to threaten your job over pro access sales •Can’t go over 40hrs for full time or will be written up •Par timers make minimum wage which makes it hard to keep anybody on staff and when no body wants to work 16 hrs a week at that wage, as the SM its your problem and you get written up and job threatened. •Employee discount was lowered from 30 to 20%

Pros

Fun to interact with customers and help people reach their goals

Cons

Pushing product on people, the busy annoying work that GNC gives each month- price tags, planograms is ridiculous. Under paid with a lot of responsibly. Cutting hours and took PMs away.
