Poorly run and disorganized

Pros

You get paid. Folks will work up to 20 hours straight as mandatory overtime. Who wants to go home :)

Cons

Disorganized. Management will tell you one thing and then change it because "there was a problem" a few days later. You "pick" (are drafted to) your shift 3 months after you start; you WILL be on night shift. Night shift is entirely different work load so the first 3 months of training are pointless. Coworkers will monitor your behavior and report back to supervisors.
