      Not a "Human First" company !!

      1. Company gives gifts every quarter. 2. Recharge holidays

      Cons

      1. Too much work load. No work life balance 2. EMs treat fellow software engineers badly 3. In tough situations, managers instead of finding constructive solutions will do everything to put the blame on fellow engineers. 4. Lots of politics 5. No accountability on management part, every one passing the ball. 6. Micro management by managers 7. Human first culture is only on paper. Nothing human first at the company. 8.Toxic work culture
