      Pros

      Truly fantastic coworkers who care about the mission. They have a strong product with a clear impact. Compensation and benefits are competitive and the remote work is fantastic. The work itself can feel meaningful and rewarding

      Cons

      Since a new executive joined about six months ago, morale has dropped significantly across the org. This hire feels misaligned and unqualified for the role, creating widespread frustration among employees and leadership. Reviews from others on here are accurate about leadership. There are ongoing concerns about direction and accountability at the top. Good people are being overshadowed by poor executive. decisions

      Good Product, but Disingenuous Leadership

      Pros

      Company handles remote work well. I like my team, and good work is valued. Recruitment is steady, benefits are good. Encouraged to take time off, New York office is great.

      Cons

      Leadership has always been the weakness. Long-term strategy is vague and shifts often with no accountability. Implies reactionary thinking and a lack of vision. Recently, push for AI adoption has radically shifted prioritites. Other engineering efforts have never received this much support, confidence, or a blank check. But with anything AI the bar is so much lower to demonstrate value. Combined with historical leadership struggles, I have low confidence that this is being handled any more responsibly than our long-term strategy
