      Sales quotas are unachievable. Expected to work 15-17 hrs a day. on $30,000 salary. Managers bother you all day long.

      You're able to work from home.

      Small payment is by project, no matter how many personal preference revisions you're asked to do, even if you've carefully followed instructions. Upon politely suggesting a fair wage for the amount of time spent, you're immediately fired, with a disappointing check far below the amount you were promised.
