Where to begin? Micromanagement - check. Poor support - check. Limited travel expense reimbursement - check. Lack of respect for sales professionals - check. Ongoing delivery issues - check. There is a reason these people have so many open positions. Run. Just run.

Pros

Salary, commission, and benefits are competitive. Good product and programs.

Cons

The sales and management model was created in the 1970's and has never changed. There is only "one way" and it is rehearsed, scripted, and inflexible. They only promote managers from within so it has become an old boy/mean girl club with no tolerance for individual style, personal initiative, or creative thinking.

They help with expenses for on the road because you need to be all the time

Cons

They micro manage to much. All territories are not the same but treat you like they are. Regional managers are no help at all they are like robots just repeating over and over. They wastes a lot of time and hurt the expense account. Expect way to much!! They will harass you so bad not good on your soul!
