      great store/brand discounts good stock plan

      Cons

      no career advancement support within company from department leaders. negligent on taking appropriate action regarding misconduct between employees. cannot trust peers. very cliquish.

      Horrible Management From Top Down

      Salary is market rate or above Depending on the division you work in, annual cash bonus can be solid Good employee discount

      Cons

      The norm is very poor management, all the way from the top down through upper, middle managers Morale is very low throughout company so the top talent cannot be retained Lots of politics and bureaucracy (it is retail afterall) where merit does not count much in most cases

      Great company to work for in San Francisco

      Pros

      Good culture Good benefits, work/life balance. Casual work environment (jeans to work everyday). Cafeteria on site. 50% clothing discount at BR and Gap was great.

      Cons

      No bonuses provided for assistants. Didn't feel appreciated especially since HR handed me the list of bonuses and how much each manager, director on the team would be receiving as their bonus. Let's say the amounts were not small!
