No training, no organization, long hours, incompetent management. I had zero training for this job. The person they put me with was also not trained at all. So we were flying blind. My supervisor, and the person who interviewed me, told me to my face that she didn’t know how to do my job. I could tell they were desperate for employees. My interview, if you want to even call it that, went like this: Interviewer: You okay working 8 hours a day? Me: Yes Interviewer: You okay with being on your feet all day? Me: Yes Interviewer: Great you’re hired. So many red flags, especially at this location. No toilet paper in the bathrooms, trash cans overflowing and no one cleaning them out, break room always a mess with dead bugs all over the counters. Not to mention receipts for coin processes all over the place with no clue where they go and what they belong to. And coin bags lining up against the wall from banks and businesses that are weeks late in being processed.
