Pros

I have been with GardaWorld for 5 years One of the better companies to work for. Good pay good benefits. No problem getting time off. Good training department. Room to grow . If you put in an effort your are treated great. If you only do the bare minimum that is what you get back.

Cons

The hire of new staff is suffering, the new people don't really care or want to work and are making the company look bad. The quality of the uniforms are not good.

Allows you to learn to be self managing and not have to work with someone looking over your shoulder.

Cons

Management is very selfish, have to go out of your way for them to believe you need time off, they never go to bat for you and make you feel like your dispensable to them, promotions are virtually nonexistent unless you really really brownnose management at the main office. Only reason I stay here is because I go to school during the week.
