Some staff are good. Uniforms provided by CATSA. Good pay and benefits (only because of the Union)

Cons

Far too much favoritism, management does not take harassment complaints seriously, so-called Quality Leads add unnecessary stress, Managers step over CATSA regulations

I found no PROS with Gardaworld.

Cons

This bully, intimidate and mistreat select guards. If you are in the CLICK you can sit in the lunch room all day and play on Facebook. The guard that is not in the so called CLICK has to do all the patrols, walk 12 hours straight, climb all the stairs and put the favorite guards' signatures on the logs at the top of the stairwells. If you don't put their initials on the logs you are written up. They are deprived of any breaks, no water or food for a full 12Hr shift. The Team Leads are Bullies. If you go the Head Office to complain, they do nothing about the problem because they do no want to lose the contract. So bottom line is that your are still Bullied so bad that you are forced to quit.

working alone is an issue, sometimes your relief isnt on time and you have to leave your shift later than u should
