At times the organization can overlook employees in the field who may not be associated with our largest clients. It is important we recognize all employees including the ones that services our smallest clients.

Scheduling department is rude asf. Most floaters are garbage who don't do the bare minimum and never show up in proper uniform. Management is non existent half of the time. They hire CSM's who don't know how to fulfill their most basic roles. If you need anything for your site, plan on waiting months or even up to a year in our case, to get it. Benefits are a complete joke. You're better off being on state medical, because their medical coverage is essentially a $600 a month box of band-aids. Don't ever look at this place as a career. It's just a job, and one that incentivizes mediocrity.
