      worked in the wilm. de, branch for 17 yrs, I only make 10.25 a hour told I'm tapped out no more raises!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      For some people.they like the fact that upper management will not write you up! so short handed a bad worker is better than no worker!

      the place is a dirty dump!!!!!!! short change your pay check took for ever to get someone to correct it.had to buy own gun! trucks always breaking down! moral is very low!have taking excess money from workers that's my job, boss's break the rules and give it back!

      I was hired when the company was originally Whelan Security. I started out as an s/o and have worked my way up to running the account I was hired on for. I've promoted up 2-3 times to get to where I am now. There's been hard times and struggles, that will always be a thing. I was hired in June 2015. 1): Proper training 2): Opportunity 3): Good supervision

      Communication can always be better. I've been here though the COIVD situation and I know how things are and am an understanding person. The higher ups are making more strides to get supervisors in for conferences and training sessions to help better the supervisors, so training can always be better and can always improve.
