They brag about having an uncapped PTO policy for the office and then complain when you use it too often, they don’t ever want to pay overtime but keep piling on the work and new accounts until you all but mentally break. I was terminated over supposedly using the company card to pay my personal bills but they refused to provide me actual physical proof that I am the one who made the charges. Just said they knew it HAD to be me. Yet my insurance was not active and I did not have cable with the company they accused me of paying the bill for.
They regularly terminate officers just because they don’t like them or they are hard to deal with and then they blame it on the client and act like they HAVE to terminate the employee.
So many managers refuse to follow ADA accommodation processes because office leadership doesn’t require them to do so.
If you aren’t a member of the “good ole boys club” you’ll never get promoted or succeed here.
If you have a disability, they will ask you to get paperwork for it and then gossip about it all over the branch office like it’s everyone’s business. If they don’t like you, you’ll be made fun of and mocked. They will pretend to like you to your face and then stab you in the back and not think twice about it.
Hands down the most TOXIC PLACE I have ever worked.
