I want to share a little bit about something I am especially excited about and has been in play for just over 5 months now. We call it the Customer Service Representative (CSR) Career Ladder. In accordance with the Bank’s Mission and Principles of High Standards this career ladder provides a better way of life to our CSRs by heavily investing in their talent and professional growth and matching that talent and growth with promotions and increased pay! Members of my Moorhead team and other Gate City Bank markets have already experienced promotions along with increased pay as they master critical components of each rung on the ladder. Gate City also continues to be a provider of annual increases where our compensation philosophy includes retaining high performing team members.

The Customer Service Representative position may require standing for long periods of time.
