Could be better, could be worse

Pros

The benefits of this company are pretty good. 401k match, maternity and paternity leave, discounted rates for employees, etc. The current CEO really seems to care.

Cons

To much power is given to middle management and there is very little emphasis on training, it’s more of a learn as you go. Part-time employees will work 3 out of 4 weekends a month. You’ll move up as long as you’re the perfect employee and don’t voice your concerns.

Schedule is pretty firm and it can be hard to get more hours.
