      There are no pros to working at Geneca.

      Cons

      I came to work at Geneca when it was owned Mark. Back then the company had a good reputation, was profitable, and the leadership was respected. That is long gone.

      Hard to watch it fall apart

      The people and culture were great. You learn a lot.

      Cons

      The future was always uncertain. It led to two major layoffs. There was some poor decision making amongst leaders.

      great people to work with, good pay, average benefits

      Cons

      Three rounds of layoffs since 4/1/2014. Two completely different sales teams and no real new business. Maybe the change has to come from the top.
