      Pros

      Very stable employment, difficult to be fired without serious violations, recent pay bump for all roles, ample lateral transfer opportunities

      Cons

      Main location is very rural (1 hr by highway to any major city), management can be sluggish to adopting improvement. Worst part is top-down direction on overtime with no clear scope, direction, or goal. Can be overly focused on optics.
