Health plan is the worst I ever had. High deductable..consider on using HSA of your own money to plan for any medical needs. Raises are terrible and the promotions (except into management) are pathetic. Give up time and a half for OT for promotion where you have to give 5 hours casual before straight time on OT. Promotions are anywhere from $1500 to $2200 in my dept. Wht take it? Less than 50 hours in OT in a year gives you more money in paycheck. The unprofessional activities of managers are unacceptable on any level except at EB. The cursing, the hostile environment can be overwhelming. Upper management has a way not to communicate when it is neccessary. Expect to hear it from a co-worker as rumors and truths spread quickly. Parking is a nightmare for both Groton facilities and New London. Idle time and the constant changing of procedures will keep you annoyed.
