Pros
Good pay. Security clearance. Get to experience things not many people do (working on a submarine).
Cons
Constant shuffling of employees and high turnover rate create a stressful environment. Extremely limited parking which requires people to shuttle or carpool daily. No consistency in employee rules for lunch breaks, expected work hours, etc. Lack of incentives for employees to stay with small pay raises. An unorganized work environment where due dates fluctuate dramatically.
