Parking problems, Tuition reimbursement is a joke. Engineers get the short end of the stick and end up making less money than non-degreed union personal with same experience once overtime is taken into account.

Company does not care at all about its engineers. If you're an engineer you're basically blamed for everything, whether or not it's actually your fault. EB says its core values are safety, quality, cost, and schedule, but you practically get punished for trying to fix problems you find and yelled at constantly to do what you're doing faster. Training/mentorship is limited to none because they can't retain engineers to teach new hires.
