      Pros

      9/80, benefits (for the most part).

      Cons

      Management unqualified & many micro manage. No opportunities for advancement. Managers show favoritism constantly. No money for training .. Do on your own time. Penny wise/pound foolish. Even though tuition reimbursement is a benefit, if vp engrg doesn't approve you don't get despite your manager approval. Company is behind in technology. No new contracts. Constant threat of layoffs. NO communication!

      Pros

      Long hours with a great manager that allowed you to work as many hours as your could as long as you were getting stuff done.

      Cons

      A lot of managers which meant that sometimes one manager would tell you to do one thing while the other manager told you to do another creating a lot of conflict.
