      A billion+ $ in sales; Strong, diverse (in products) company; Flexible, 9/80 work schedule; Excellant health/medical benefits; 401(k).

      Cons

      Company pushes 'diversity' (among people), but is not as diverse as they say. They need to embrace domestic partner benefits and come into reality along with 'the big three', 'AmEx', and many other businesses in the area in order to stay competitive. Professional advancements are not given when they are deserved or to who deserves them. Many highly qualified, experienced people are passed over.

      9/80 I guess, but that's not that great either. You definitely won't be over-worked, but be careful what you wish for, 38/40 hours will be spent staring in to space

      Run by poorly trained poorly educated management, way over-staffed and under-productive
