The company is amazing to work for. It was family owned and one brother still owns all 18 locations. You can call him on the phone or meet him at a team dinner. I have worked there less than a year and he has talked to me about his family and asked about mine. It is amazing to have access to the top boss in such a large company.

Cons

The medical benefits are self funded so it is not the greatest.

Great transition if you are looking to break out of retail, Monday-Friday with holidays off! Family owned with a personal touch with all their employees.

Cons

Not a lot of cons, I was always happy to go to work every day.
