Pros

GF is a great place to work. They really invest in the success and professional development of their employees. It's a collaborative and team oriented atmosphere so you really feel like part of one big family. The work / life balance is great.. Hours are ideal and having every weekend off is just amazing. Thanks for bringing me into the GF family 10 years ago and investing in my success.

Hours are great. Pay is pretty good Upper management listens and is willing to help out. Room for advancement if you work hard.
