Pros

Focused on the bottom line. Great people, freedom to work at home or office, great products

Cons

To focused on HMM, need stronger innovation of new products, to focused on quick return and not long term traction of new products

Pros

Lots of autonomy for an intern and anyone in Entry Level roles, beautiful new Canadian HQ, young, stylish, dynamic employees.

Cons

The company is focused on an initiative called "Holistic Margin Management" which means making "invisible" changes to food products year over years to make more money at the cost of quality for the consumer. Money making machine. Products are very processed and unhealthy. Poor work life balance due to location (difficult commute from Toronto)
