Pros

Great benefits, Company seems to care about everyone, Great relationship with most members, Some members love us so much they will occasionally bring treats for the staff Really try to help members rather than just try to sell them everything we offer

Cons

Goals are too high for a medium sized business especially in the HEB locations, Need some sort of incentive program for performing above and beyond (for example going well above the referral goal merely gets a pat on the back but you are now expected to always surpass it), Recently took away some of our abilities that help us book loans such as view credit reports and visit dealerships (now has gone to indirect lending which helps us as a whole but does not help individual goals) Have been understaffed for several months now

Pros

The benefits are great, the company really gives you good perks like employee appreciation and activities.

Cons

The recruiting process is horrible, the recruiter is just fresh out of college and lacks experience. The company does not promote from within, they typically prefer to hire from the outside rather than take a chance on an existing employee. There are too many "VP's", it seems like everyone is a manager or VP but they have no leadership experience nor education to back up the title. The company is a little disorganized in terms of setting clear job responsibilities. There is a overwhelming sense that "the right hand does not know what the left is doing."
