      Pros

      Good opportunity for a self starter personality with previous experience in field to apply knowledge and skill set. Growing pains for a small company trying to fill large shoes and expectations. Great place to start with minimal experience and move on.

      Cons

      Needs serious training and career ladder curriculum from low to mid level management. Low pay and limited structure environment. Policies and procedures need work on being straight lined and communicated from top to bottom.

      Pros

      Only company I know that had not laid off during rough times.

      Cons

      Extremely poor management. Employees are treated as if they are worthless. Crew change for deck crew is horrible. Career opportunities doesn't exist.
