Benefits are good and good for experience. Work load isn’t too heavy. Good place to gain experience and move on.

Cons

Pay scale is horrible and management leaves things to be desired. Safety is questionable, as is training programs. Not allot of perks.

Controllers are underpaid for work performed, told by management and company leadership that we are worthless and should be happy to have a job. Benefits are decent, but that is always held over you.
