2023 was a challenging year for the tech industry in general, and Dev10 was not spared. Because we did not foresee the tremendous decline in hiring, we had to make difficult decisions to navigate through the year and ensure Dev10 would be viable long-term. Unlike some in the space, we ensured those who began training had the opportunity to complete it. We continue to work with those impacted by the layoffs we had to make. We understand the training alone does not launch a career; it is indeed meaningful experience.
