      They set you up with interviews with their clients and it's great for getting entry level experience to break into the field.

      Pros

      Overall great experience. The interview process was extremely competitive and time consuming but through the whole process they give you the tools to be successful. Training is much like the interview process, difficult and time consuming, but the instructors want to see you succeed.

      Cons

      Our cohort went through an unusual path with Dev10 where we had an unexpected outcome with the client and I believe Genesis10 could have handled that much better. But in the end I think they did the right thing and offered us an option even if one of the options was to part ways with the company.
