      Practically Robbery

      Pros

      ~ $600 per week while training; then a 2-year 110K (completely unenforceable, to the best of my knowledge) contract. Nothing learned was NOT available for free on the internet. Plus, deceptive management. Do NOT recommend.

      Cons

      Everything except the cool instructors; other than that, nothing positive to speak of.

      Pretty good company, some communication issues

      Pros

      Went through the Dev10 program, and for the most part it was pretty fantastic. They don't micromanage, trust you to do your job properly, and the training was great. The program is a great opportunity if you don't have a technical background but want to get into the field. Sure the pay isn't what you would normally make in the roles you get but it's an in that you would otherwise be paying tons of money to get a second degree for.

      Cons

      The one repeated frustration was the promise of receiving updates for potential contract roles at a specific time and repeatedly not hearing anytime when the time came. Even if the lack of updates was due to sluggishness from one of their clients, they never communicated that. It would just be radio silence for up to a few weeks afterwards and you had to bug them to get any sort of update. This also wasn't a problem isolated to one person.
