      Pros

      -Home grown right here in the USA -We help people get jobs! -No off-shore -Management has an open door policy -CEO is involved in each branch personally -If you're good and care about what you do there is opportunity for growth -Flexibility to make your own decisions at the local level

      Every company has it's challenges, we're no different... It's always easy to focus on the negative, so I'll abstain and just focus on what keeps me coming into work every day. (the "Pros box")

      Company does not have a background verification system, so they know how to dream and imagine and make up ill things of their own about job seekers. They have no manners or kindness and they are also racists. They cannot be upfront about anything, everything they do is after they get the best out of you. Very irritating people on the overall. If you have the 6th sense, please feel the pulse and flee at once.

      Ok start at a tech job for the inexperienced

      Pros

      Good option for career changers wanting to be in IT or software. Good placement rate.

      Cons

      Low pay (even with the paid training), well below market rate or what I would consider fair. Training for the data side could be improved and more focused on jobs that candidates will actually be placed into (this would require more coordination with partner(s)/clients) Binding contract for 2 years is unreasonable when considering the amount they make off of you in one. In addition the training charge is not prorated based off of years of service (I.e, if you quite after 2 months or 2 years, you will still owe 20,000 usd)
