Good training and kind, helpful instructors

Pros

I've had a very positive experience with the training so far. The instructors are very kind and knowledgeable, and you really get the sense that everybody wants you to succeed.

Cons

I was initially a bit nervous about the 20k penalty for breaking the contract, but as far as I can tell it has only actually come up a handful of times in the history of the program.

Paid training! Why pay 10k+ for bootcamp when you can get paid to go through one?! They also do the work to get you placed at a reputable company before you even complete the training.

Cons

Benefit package is not great.
