Big Firm that is ran like Mom and Pop shop - Unorganized and Unfair

Co workers are great between branches and team but NOT upper Management.

Infinite list. Back Office/Account Coordinators are treated like numbers yet they set the whole motion for consultants and recruiters. They keep the ball rolling and are the backbone of the whole company and they get treated like crap. Operations are very manual and they are suppose to be a technology firm. Didn't get one performance review in the two years i was there. HR is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. HR Coordinator talked of obscenitites and was completely unethical. Upper Management only cares for the bottom line and doesn't care if they want to keep employees who have done alot for them over the years. Starts alot of projects but never finishes them. The only word that best describes this is Unorganized and Manuel. Everything is ran like the company started a year ago. All consultants files are kept in boxes not even filing cabinets. Upper Management is extrememly rude.
