      Extremely bad. Not consultant friendly

      Pros

      Some good consultants work with Genesis 10 Account Executives dont bother consultants with unnecessary stuff Some office staff are extemely responsive.

      Cons

      On hourly they cut more than 20%. Extremely bad response from Recruitment director - she behaves as if she is paying us from her pocket and does not realize that consultants are billable and she is overhead No increase in pay after you join. No career plans. No support for training or skills enhancement

      Pros

      Genesis 10 provides you with a learning experience that not all graduating students may be fortunate enough to receive. Exposure to a lot of industries. Friendly people in back office.

      Cons

      Most of the time you get sent as an individual rather than a team to a client. Compared to other consulting firms, G10 does not pay as much as its competitors

      Pros

      Great honest people that work hard to place you on a project. Seem to genuinely care about contract consultants. Very nice holiday party. Probably the best firm of it's type around.

      Cons

      Some of the sales team won't go to bat to ask yhe client for a rate increase. Need to continue to grow opportunities for mor consultative roles.
