      Pros

      Great training, great coworkers, great teachers. A good opportunity for those looking to get paid learning software development. Honestly learned a lot!

      Cons

      Do not expect to find a client post boot camp. Industry isn’t doing so hot so more than likely you will be laid off during or after training. Also extremely long interview process. Started interviewing in August, finished the interview process in February, started work in April. Finally laid off in July. These issues were mostly related to the market, but just a forewarning for those looking at this option.

      Pros

      This was an incredible opportunity to make a complete career switch. I had a background in the performing arts, and now have developing career as a software engineer.

      Cons

      2 year contract can be a very long time if you want to start looking for career moves.
