Great staff and people that you work with Well known name that candidates are comfortable with, never had candidates be concerned about the overall company

Cons

They are really focused on driving growth from an account manager perspective and recruiters are put at the mercy of supporting business development activities. Left because they prioritized metrics over results and didn't care that recruiters had to spend time hitting metrics at the cost of losing commissions
