      - consulting placements are hit or miss - locked in to 2yr contract for dev10 program - feel very much like a 'resource' or 'asset'

      Pros

      Love the ability to work from home. Also, the company continually listens to your concerns and backs their employees. I feel very supported in this role and management always follows through on their promises and/or expectations.

      Cons

      It's recruiting:)! It is more than a 40 hour per week job.
