      Pros

      The Dev10 program truly is one of the best gateways into the tech industry - especially if you're fresh out of college without a background/degree in CS.

      Cons

      As a consultant it's hard to know who your contact is when it comes to management.

      Pros

      Great place to start if you need work experience and are making a career change!

      Cons

      You don’t really get a say in which clients you get interviewed by and you might not even be put into a coding role. The roles they place you in might not be a good fit and they’ll still place you there anyway.
