      Pros

      Genesis10 provides a positive work environment and promotes a healthy work-life balance. Our team feels like a family, as we support each other in our personal and professional lives. Everyone is treated with respect, and we push each other to be our best selves. I love the high percentage of female leaders who walk the talk and lead by example.

      Cons

      We are blessed to all work remotely, so the only downside is we don't see each other often enough.

      Pros

      The Dev10 program is totally unique and will give you the opportunity to get into software engineering without a significant financial investment. They will also take care of your placement and get you a job once you’ve completed the training - all you need to do really is show up and put in the work required, and they handle the rest for you.

      Cons

      For Dev10, the 2 year commitment can be off putting, but in my experience, it’s really not a big deal, and the 2 year investment will put me in a much better place for the future
