They are a small contract house so tend to lack a spine in negotiations with the companies to whom they provide contracted services. All employees are screened, verified, fingerprinted and background checked.

The only downside, from a recruiting perspective, is client diversity. I feel like we're leaving a lot of business on the table by not going after small and mid-market accounts. Of course, we'd all like to see a more generous commission structure, but with the recent changes (paid on invoice, lowering thresholds for higher commission percentages, etc.), that really helps.
