Pros

-a decent paying job with ok benefits -laptop for outside hours work that require late shift or early morning meetings, weekend work -follows standards and guidelines for pay

Cons

- the contracts are "budget" deals for the client of note so by nature this is not really employee need driven -the model involves very little supervision other than basic HR items -it's a contract model, so unless convert to client side for job, it's usually not a long term way to be in work force

Pros

Supportive and fun team environment. Not cut throat of competitive like other agencies, and they take very good care of their consultants. Their pay is excellent and they have benefits for all employees including consultants! They have multiple service lines and demonstrate solid strategic partnerships with clients.

Cons

They need to automate some of their internal processes. They have a very flat organizational structure which is great but can also create challenges when people hold multiple roles within the organization.

Pros

Wonderful working environment with the bank, and Gen10 has an excellent relationship with them. They are a well-run organization and with only one exception every single one of the hundreds of people I interacted with at the bank was smart, helpful and very professional. I can't say enough good things about working at the bank.

Cons

Genesis10 tries hard to treat their employees well but fails in several key areas. The benefits are sub-par and expensive. There is the possibility of promotion inside of Genesis10, but I didn't find out about that possibility until my exit interview. Genesis10 allows employees to work from home SOMETIMES, but the rules surrounding working from home are vague, subjective, and selectively enforced.
