      Pros

      potential for income is there if you're on the right team

      Cons

      no real training for recruiters, extreme inconsistent management which can turn unhealthy at times, very much an 'insiders club' with quite a few double standards. Make you feel guilty for trying to take vacation time or PTO. Only tend to look after those that have been there for many years and don't really care for the newer employees. Completely fine with being 'average'

      Genesis10 does not value it's employees Lies, Lies and more Lies - Company management has no integrity.

      Pros

      I recently started at Genesis10 and the entire team has been Amazing. Harley Lippman, the Owner of Genesis10 takes the opportunity to meet and gets to know every employee, he really cares!!! The training program they have established is 1st class - very detailed and you get the chance to meet the head of each major department 1 on 1 and they are all very kind and willing to help in anyway possible.
